Terms of Service — Auto Perchance

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Auto Perchance Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Auto Perchance is a Chrome extension that automates AI image generation on Perchance.org. It provides batch prompt processing, custom filename schemas, and prompt enhancement features. The Extension offers both free and premium (paid) tiers.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Extension. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others or create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

4. Premium Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features are available via Monthly subscriptions or a one-time Lifetime purchase.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Lifetime purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension.
Circumvent or bypass premium feature restrictions.
Use the Extension in a way that could damage or overload Perchance.org's services.
Share your premium account with others.

6. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Akhilesh Gaur. Images generated through Perchance.org are subject to Perchance.org's own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any changes to Perchance.org that may affect the Extension's functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
